Text Box: Conference Fees Text Box: Payment, Cancellation & Confirmation Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be included with your registration. You may pay by check or purchase order. A purchase order number does not constitute payment. Cancellations must be in writing and received by the MSSA office no later than February 29, 2008. All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after March 1, 2008. If you cancel after March 1, 2008, you may name another person to take your place for a $25 substitution fee. Membership fees will not be refunded. Text Box: Pre-Conference Forums MSSA is preparing a full-day pre-conference forum and half-day pre-conference institutes to be held Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel. See the program or pre-conference forums brochure for more information.
